You’ll hold significant responsibility for cost control, documentation accuracy, and fostering strong relationships with customers and insurers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and audit estimates ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Manage third-party estimating firms for timely estimates

• Create detailed job details, floor plans, and scopes in Xactimate

• Collaborate with Project Managers for accurate estimates

• Revise job scopes based on site conditions

Requirements:

• Strong Xactimate experience and computer skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Estimating experience in restoration or construction

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
