• Develop Structure Craft's internal estimating wiki

• Perform detailed takeoffs of designs and specifications

• Communicate project scopes with engineers and architects

• Manage relationships with suppliers during bidding

• Provide preconstruction support to project clients

Requirements:

• 5-8 years in estimating or preconstruction

• Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field

• Strong fluency in reading project documents

• Proficient with Excel and estimating software

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
