Service Master Restore is seeking a skilled Xactimate Estimator. Bring your estimating expertise to prepare detailed insurance estimates and ensure project success and compliance.

As part of Service Master Restore of the Fraser Valley, the Xactimate Estimator plays a pivotal role in crafting accurate, timely estimates. You will collaborate with Project Managers and various stakeholders to meet compliance standards and KPIs. The ability to work independently while managing multiple projects is key in this fast-paced role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and revise Xactimate estimates for accuracy

• Manage third-party estimating partners for timely completion

• Create detailed job plans and scopes of work

• Track estimates and maintain compliance requirements

• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners

Requirements:

• Required experience with Xactimate software

• Previous estimating or administrative background in restoration

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
