Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise rigging crews and labor personnel

• Plan and coordinate lifting, transportation, and hoisting

• Review engineered lift plans and project specs

• Conduct safety assessments and daily meetings

• Direct crane operations alongside project managers

Requirements:

• 5-10 years in industrial moving or civil construction

• Experience leading crews as a Foreman or Supervisor

• Knowledge of rigging principles and load calculations

• Interpret technical drawings and lift plans

• Valid Class 1 or 3 license a plus
