Lead large-scale railway construction projects with Rail Works as a General Superintendent. Oversee safety, scheduling, and resource management to ensure project success on time and within budget.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this senior role demands expertise in railway track construction and maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of relevant industry experience, including project management, subcontractor supervision, and quality assurance. You will ensure compliance with project specifications while fostering effective stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction phases to ensure project alignment

• Manage resources, including labor and equipment

• Perform detailed review of designs and contract documents

• Supervise and monitor field construction work

• Ensure all personnel adhere to safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of construction management experience

• Knowledge in project and subcontract management

• Proven record of delivering projects on schedule

• Valid Driver’s License required

• High School diploma with relevant further training
