Junior Estimator at Arctic Arrow

Reporting to the Director of Project Services, you will support the Lead Estimator with cost estimates and bid documentation, offering you a chance to learn fundamental estimating principles. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing estimates and bid documentation

• Review proposal specs and drawings with guidance

• Prepare estimates for assigned project portions

• Maintain organized files of current supplier pricing

• Assist in obtaining subcontractor and rental pricing

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in construction management or related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Foundational knowledge of construction estimating

• Exceptional planning and organizational abilities

• Experience with Excel and MS Office applications
