Ministry Content Director at GNBAC

Lead the creation of impactful ministry content with The Good News Broadcasting Association of Canada as their Director of Ministry Content. This full-time role combines strategic oversight and theological integrity across multimedia platforms.

As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will shape and implement the content strategy reflecting the organization's mission. The ideal candidate will have a solid biblical foundation and a master's degree in theology, complemented by strong editing and writing skills. Your leadership will guide a creative team and foster engagement through innovative content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and implement ministry content strategy

• Ensure theological accuracy in all content

• Develop original and adapt resources for engagement

• Oversee content across print and digital formats

• Serve as a public spokesperson at events

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in theology or related field

• Mature relationship with Jesus Christ

• Proven experience in editorial oversight

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent command of English in writing and speaking
