Enterprise Mobility (Canada) Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Return Agent. The Return Agent provides superior, friendly, and efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process, assisting all customers with the return procedure. The agent performs all responsibilities with a focus on customers’ needs and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

Compensation

Full‑time position: $19.25 per hour.

Schedule
  • Sunday 7:30 am – 12:30 pm
  • Tuesday 7:30 am – 12:30 pm
  • Wednesday 7:30 am – 8:00 pm
  • Thursday 7:30 am – 12:30 pm
  • Friday 7:30 am – 12:30 pm
  • Saturday 7:30 am – 8:00 pm
Responsibilities
  • Assist all customers with the rental return process.
  • Effectively resolve all customer service issues.
  • Inspect vehicles upon rental return and document information (mileage, fuel level, damage) accurately.
  • Advise and review rental charges, and provide an accurate receipt to the customer.
  • Assist other employees in keeping the lot organized and traffic flow.
  • Perform other customer‑service related duties in addition to those listed to ensure service exceeds expectations.
  • Positively represent the company to vendors and the public.
  • Ensure the security of company assets.
  • Keep the work area clean and orderly, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions to the lead agent and/or manager.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Current and valid British Columbia Full Class 5 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years; no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past five years (DUI/DWI).
  • Minimum one year experience in a customer‑service role.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Authorized to work in Canada and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Able to work 40 hours per week during the branch operating hours listed above.
