Receptionist
We are currently hiring a Receptionist to join our team, with availability required on both weekdays and weekends
.
In this role, you are the first point of contact for everyone who enters the dealership. Whether it’s a customer looking to connect with a Sales Consultant, a courier dropping off a package, or a visitor attending a head office appointment, your priority is to provide a warm, professional welcome.
Your main responsibilities include overseeing the reception area, managing incoming visitors, phone calls, and emails. This role suits someone who enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced environment and can stay organized while handling multiple priorities. You will also help ensure the showroom and customer lounge remain clean, organized, and well-stocked
.
Additional duties include entering customer information, booking appointments, and providing administrative support to the Sales Manager and General Manager
, along with other tasks as needed.
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort using online systems and tools (CRM, email, inventory logs, MS Office, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
