Bilingual French/English Logistics Coordinator

An established global company with a strong focus on customer service is looking for a Bilingual French/English Logistics Coordinator to join their Mississauga, ON team.

The Bilingual Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for planning, communicating and monitoring the service calls on a day-to-day basis for a team of Service Technicians in both Quebec and Ontario. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and process oriented who is able to handle multiple priorities at one time.

• Plan the daily routes for a team of Service Technicians
• Communicate route plans and changes to both technicians and customers.
• Monitor daily service call routes to proactively make changes where needed.
• Report any issues to internal stakeholders.

• 3-5 years of logistics or dispatch related experience.
• Fluent in French and English both written and verbal.
• Specific service dispatching experience is a plus; will also consider experience from 3PL.
