Customer Service Agent at Galaxy Plastics

• Accurately enter and manage customer orders

• Verify pricing, product details, and shipping logistics

• Work closely with shipping and production teams as needed

• Maintain comprehensive records in Galaxy systems

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience

• Bilingualism (French or Spanish) is an asset

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

• Ability to multitask with attention to detail

• Knowledge of shipping processes and documentation
