Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders through email, phone, and portal

• Confirm and communicate pricing and product details

• Update customers on order statuses and shipping changes

• Coordinate production to fulfill customer requests

• Assist sales teams with administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in customer service or inside sales

• Bilingual in French or Spanish preferred

• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft tools

• Understanding of shipping operations
