This role engages you with both Personal and Business Banking as a key support for clients. You will address inquiries, assist transactions, and connect clients to relevant CIBC teams for improved solutions. Flexibility is key, including evenings and weekends, and movement between multiple banking centers is expected as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help clients manage their bank accounts and products
• Engage proactively with clients to enhance their experience
• Solve client issues decisively and collaboratively
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
• Connect clients to appropriate CIBC team members
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills in client-facing roles
• Proven customer service experience in banking
• Digital literacy for online banking support
• Organizational efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours across locations
