As part of Trotman Auto Group, you will support service operations by connecting with customers and managing service requests.
Your role will help enhance customer experiences through effective communication and meticulous record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule service
• Assist customers and address inquiries promptly
• Document all interactions with accuracy
• Implement business development strategies to generate appointments
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up calls
Requirements:
• Customer service or business development experience desired
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office and computer systems
• Clean BC Class 5 or 7 driver’s license is essential
• Capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently in a vibrant setting
