Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist II focused on orders and customer inquiries. Drive satisfaction through effective communication and coordination across departments.
As a Customer Service Specialist II, you will play an essential role in maintaining customer relations by responding to inquiries and ensuring timely order processing. You will have the opportunity to utilize your knowledge of INFOR and System 36 to enhance the customer experience and support order fulfillment. Your skills in email communication and data entry will contribute to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and process orders for customers accurately
• Respond to inquiries on order validity and inventory
• Work with departments to expedite order shipping
• Relay estimated lead and delivery times to customers
• Manage customer discrepancies and credit requests
Requirements:
• High School Graduate or GED mandatory
• At least 1 year in customer service and accounting
• Proficiency in System 36 and INFOR
• Strong typing and computer skills required
• Ability to address diverse customer concerns professionally
Deliver exceptional service and support as a Customer Service Specialist II.
