In this role at EMCO, you'll be a vital part of our customer service team, engaging with clients through various communication channels. You will handle sales support by resolving inquiries, generating leads, and nurturing existing customer relationships. Your contributions will play a significant role in ensuring a smooth sales process while aligning with the company’s values of excellence and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer inquiries effectively across multiple platforms
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs
• Enter sales orders and quotations accurately
• Follow up on backorders and vendor communications
• Assist with processing returns and warranty claims
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Skilled in Microsoft Office for customer data analysis
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting
