Service Appointment Coordinator

Service Appointment Coordinator Pay Rate: $18.25 - 20 per pay period Murray GM Abbotsford

Assisting clients in booking service appointments and information gathering. Organizing and greeting incoming clients to ensure they all receive proper service. Assist to orchestrate shuttle pickups and drop offs. Cleanliness & organization of documents & files is mandatory.

In this position you will answer inbound calls and make outbound calls regarding regular service, recalls and parts. You will also let customers know about additional products and services recommended by the manufacturer. The hours for this position are currently Monday through Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm

Qualifications:
Knowledge of maintenance systems and process
Strong organizational skills and record keeping ability
Strong attention to detail
Ability to learn and navigate computer, software and programs
Problem solving ability; recognize, assess, report and provide solutions
Strong interpersonal, communication & customer service skills
Strong time management skills with the ability to work with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to work in a shop/maintenance environment (dust, noise levels, temperature changes, dirt...)

Other Requirements:

• Always brightly beaming positivity and smiling!
• Direct automotive service experience.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Committed to delivering high quality level of customer service.
• Experience with CDK or other Dealership Management Systems.
• Automotive knowledge is an asset, but, not necessary
