Position: Account Executive for Canucks Membership Services
Elevate fan experiences as an Account Executive in Membership Services with Canucks Sports & Entertainment. This role focuses on outstanding customer service, ticket promotions, and renewals to enhance member satisfaction.

In this position, you will manage accounts and cultivate strong relationships with ticket members. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, selling ticket products, and executing retention programs. You will also provide essential support during game days and member events, ensuring all client needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts and foster professional relationships with ticket members

• Address inquiries via phone and email effectively

• Promote and sell various ticket packages and services

• Execute seat selection and upgrade programs for members

• Support administrative tasks and team needs during events

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education and customer service experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities

• Flexible to work evenings and weekends
