• Listen to customers and document repair concerns accurately
• Schedule appointments and create detailed work orders
• Explain estimates, costs, recommendations, and service options
• Provide updates about repairs, parts, costs, and completion dates
• Review completed work and finalize customer invoices

• Service Advisor, Service Writer, or similar experience
• Clear professional communication in person, email, and phone
• Ability to explain technical information clearly
• Organization and comfort managing competing priorities
• Comfort using computers and service management systems
