Serve Clearway Car & Truck Rentals customers in Abbotsford using sales experience, customer service, and vehicle knowledge. This role includes day shifts.
As a Rental Agent, you will solve transportation needs by matching people and companies with suitable vehicles. Clearway has served the Fraser Valley for over 65 years. You will answer calls, create reservations, provide quotes, and manage vehicle rentals while building customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer calls and create vehicle reservations
- Provide rental quotes to customers
- Build relationships with regular customers
- Check in returning vehicles
- Rent out various vehicles and record inspections
- Sales and customer service experience
- Computer savvy and able to learn programs
- Customer service oriented approach
- Class 5 driver’s licence and clean abstract
- Availability for five days, including Saturdays
Use customer service, organization, and vehicle rental skills across Clearway’s Abbotsford, Langley, and Chilliwack locations.
