Position: Family Physician - Urgent Primary Care Centre - Community
Overview   Fraser Health invites you to join an innovative and unique primary health care team in one of Canada’s fastest growing and culturally diverse cities. We are currently seeking full-time and part-time General Practitioners to join our Urgent and Primary Care Clinic located in Abbotsford, BC.
Responsibilities       Join as a full and active member in the delivery of effective team-based primary care services through the Centre, where patients, families and caregivers have easier access to timely, comprehensive, person-centred, culturally safe, quality care.
Apply clinical skills in the provision of comprehensive, integrated, coordinated, and continuous care for patients, families and caregivers.
Contribute to an innovative primary health care team at the Urgent and Primary Care Clinic opened in Abbotsford in April 2020, the first of its kind in British Columbia.
Compensation   Contract
Qualifications       CCFP, CMPA, CPSBC Eligible for Full License
