Associate Chiropractor — Kauri Chiropractic

Position

Start Date:

Early 2027

Abbotsford, BC

Full-Time | Neurologically Focused Family Practice

Kauri Chiropractic is expanding into Abbotsford, BC, and we are looking for 2–3 exceptional Associate Chiropractors to join our growing team as we open our second location.

This expansion is about much more than opening another clinic.

It is the continuation of a mission rooted in hope, healing, and neurologically focused care for families across the Fraser Valley. Our goal is to create greater access to chiropractic care that helps people feel more connected, regulated, supported, and empowered in their health journey.

At Kauri Chiropractic, we are passionate about helping children thrive, supporting parents through every season of life, and building healthier communities through compassionate, intentional care that sees the whole person — not just their symptoms.

We are looking for chiropractors who are excited to step into something meaningful and contribute to a mission already creating life-changing impact in the lives of families every day.

More than anything, we are looking for associates who are ready to be all in. We are seeking individuals who feel deeply aligned with our mission of serving families, growing personally and professionally, and contributing wholeheartedly to the impact we are creating in our communities.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Are deeply passionate about neurologically focused, pediatric, prenatal, and family chiropractic care
• Lead with compassion, humility, excellence, and genuine joy in serving others
• Value authentic connection and relationship-centered care
• Desire mentorship, leadership development, and long-term growth
• Are excited to build meaningful relationships within the Fraser Valley community
• Thrive in a collaborative, heart-led team environment
• Want to be part of a purpose-driven practice committed to making a lasting impact
• Feel excited about investing deeply into a meaningful long-term mission and team culture

• A supportive multi-doctor team culture
• Mentorship under our owner/DC, recognized for his gentle adjusting approach and exceptional care with children and families
• Proven systems and structure designed to allow you to focus on patient care
• A beautiful, thoughtfully designed clinic environment
• An established and growing community presence with increasing demand for care
• A workplace culture built on excellence, connection, growth, and heart
• Opportunities for leadership development and long‑term professional growth

• Competitive salary: CA $130,000–CA $230,000 per year. Starting compensation based on experience, with significant opportunity for growth as you grow within the practice
• Comprehensive extended health benefits package
• Mentorship and professional development opportunities
• Leadership development and long‑term career growth potential

We are looking for chiropractors seeking long-term alignment with our mission and team culture. Ideal candidates are excited to invest deeply in the work, the community, and the vision of Kauri Chiropractic, with a preferred commitment of 3–5 years.

At Kauri Chiropractic, we believe lives change when people feel seen, supported, and deeply cared for — and that starts with the team we build.

We are intentional about creating a workplace culture where people feel valued, encouraged, challenged to grow, and connected to meaningful work every day.
