Abbotsford Regional Hospital, a key regional referral facility, is seeking full-time Anatomic Pathologists. You’ll work closely with a team of experienced pathologists specializing in surgical pathology. Ideal candidates should possess strong general surgical skills, with fellowship training in GI, Breast, Gynecological, or Dermatopathology being advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide surgical pathology services to a diverse specimen range
• Collaborate with fellow pathologists in diagnostic accuracy
• Participate in academic appointments with UBC clinical faculty
• Conduct grossing of specimens with improved efficiency
• Maintain compliance with Royal College certification and B.C. licensure
Requirements:
• Certified by the Royal College in Anatomic Pathology
• Eligible for B.C. College licensure without restrictions
• Experience in surgical pathology required
• Fellowship training in subspecialties considered an asset
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
