MEI is an independent Pre-K-12 school system with approximately 1600 students. All applicants must be dedicated to Christian education. Successful candidates are required to sign an MEI Staff Covenant indicating acceptance and agreement with MEI Schools' Christian values.

MEI Secondary School is seeking qualified applicants for the following teaching position with the intended start date of September 2, 2026
.

Part-time temporary position, with an intended start date of September 2nd, 2026, to June 30th, 2027.

• Bible 9 (four blocks)
• English 9 (two blocks)

The successful applicant will possess a valid teaching certificate and relevant education and experience in English and/or Bible.

This position will remain open until filled, with the first round of interviews expected to begin on June 15th, 2026
.

The annual salary for each teacher position is determined by qualifications and experience for placement on the MEI Teacher Salary Grid. For the  school year, a full-time BC Certified Teacher salary (with a certificate of qualification from the BC Ministry of Education and Childcare and with a university degree and a professional teacher education program) ranges from $67,039 to $109,995.
