MEI is an independent Pre‑K‑12 school system with approximately 1600 students. All applicants must be dedicated to Christian education. Successful candidates are required to sign an MEI Staff Covenant indicating acceptance and agreement with MEI Schools' Christian values.

Part‑time temporary position, with an intended start date of September 2, 2026, to June 30, 2027.

• Mathematics 9 (two blocks)
• Foundations of Math & Pre‑Calculus 10 (one block)
• Career Life Education 10 (one block)

This position includes two semesters of two blocks each, which will be back‑to‑back in the timetable. Full mornings or full afternoons in a rotating bell schedule.

The successful applicant will possess a valid teaching certificate and relevant education and experience in math. This position will remain open until filled, with the first round of interviews expected to begin on June 15, 2026.

The annual salary for each teacher position is determined by qualifications and experience for placement on the MEI Teacher Salary Grid. For the 2025‑2026 school year, a full‑time BC Certified Teacher salary (with a certificate of qualification from the BC Ministry of Education and Childcare and with a university degree and a professional teacher education program) ranges from $67,039 to $109,995.
