Pre-Marriage Ministry Care Associate

Join our Care Ministries Team as a Care Associate, focusing on pre-marriage ministry during a Maternity Leave coverage starting July/August 2026. Provide crucial support through counseling and teaching.

The Care Associate will be the point leader for Northview's pre-marriage ministry, delivering Biblical counseling, leading life courses, and enhancing marriage enrichment programs. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have experience in pre-marital counseling or pastoral ministry to effectively fulfill this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the pre-marriage ministry

• Provide essential Biblical counseling and care triage

• Teach engaging life courses designed for couples

• Support systems for marriage enrichment and equipping

• Collaborate with the Care Ministries Team for outreach

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline

• Background in pre-marital counseling

• Pastoral ministry experience preferred

• Strong communication and empathetic skills

• Commitment to Biblical principles in counseling
