Position: Abbotsford Open Education Program Coordinator
Join the Open Education movement at the Abbotsford campus as a Coordinator. This role focuses on advancing open education and the Zero Textbook Cost initiative for a better learning environment.

As the Open Education Coordinator, you'll collaborate with diverse teams to enhance access to knowledge and reduce learning barriers. This permanent role involves managing projects, awareness campaigns, and supporting various educational initiatives. You will play a critical role in organizing funding opportunities and providing assistance for open education queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement open education programs across the university

• Assist with Zero Textbook Cost project coordination

• Organize internal funding opportunities and info sessions

• Facilitate Open Education Working Group meetings

• Develop resources and support grant writing efforts

Requirements:

• Completion of a two-year diploma in relevant fields

• Minimum three years of experience in project coordination

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities

• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
