Join the School of Continuing Education as a Veterinary Instructor, where your expertise will shape future Veterinary Administrative Assistants. Teach a range of veterinary courses and support students through hands-on training and assessments.
The selected candidate will engage in teaching the Veterinary Administrative Assistant Certificate Program starting in Fall 2026. This role requires crafting curriculum, preparing teaching materials, and fostering student development through various instructional methods. You will support students in their learning journey, ensuring they gain practical experience and knowledge for a successful career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on demonstrations

• Develop and prepare course materials and outlines

• Assess student performance with detailed feedback

• Advise students on career paths in veterinary fields

• Supervise group projects and practical training sessions
Requirements:

• Qualifications in Veterinary Administration or related fields

• 3–5 years of experience in veterinary clinical support

• Strong digital technology skills including Microsoft 365

• Experience communicating with diverse populations

• Commitment to Indigenization in education
