Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to BC Child Care Licensing Regulations

• Lead the implementation of a play-based curriculum

Requirements:

• Valid BC Early Childhood Educator Certificate

• 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance

• Current First Aid (Child Care) certification

• Punjabi language skills are a plus
