Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct students from Kindergarten to Grade 10 in Punjabi

• Teach Sikh Studies with relevance to Canadian students

• Encourage real-life use of Punjabi in classroom settings

• Provide differentiated support for various proficiency levels

• Create an inviting and well-managed learning environment

Requirements:

• Proficient in spoken and written Punjabi

• Knowledgeable about Sikh faith and values

• Eligible for BC Teacher Regulation Branch certification

• Strong classroom management skills

• Experience supporting students at multiple grade levels
