As the Submarine Operations Subject Matter Expert, you'll join the Training Systems Integration team to guide the development of submarine training aligned with RCN doctrines and operational needs.

Your role combines extensive operational analysis, instructional design, and innovative simulation techniques to enhance both shore and at-sea training processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice during the training system lifecycle

• Support crewing and training needs analysis initiatives

• Validate operational simulation and scenario requirements

• Develop training and test procedures and lesson plans

• Monitor maritime training technology developments

Requirements:

• Extensive RCN submarine operations experience

• Demonstrated operational experience in a submarine role

• Knowledge of the System Approach to Training

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to obtain security clearance and meet collaboration requirements
