Position: Submarine Operations Training Expert CAE
Leverage your submarine expertise with CAE as a Submarine Technical Training Subject Matter Expert. This hybrid role focuses on training systems and engineering for the Royal Canadian Navy.

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will provide vital submarine operations and training expertise to the Training Systems Integration team. This senior role covers a range of key areas, including propulsion, power generation, and engineering disciplines. Your work will contribute to developing training solutions that prepare submariners to operate and maintain complex systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Canadian Patrol Submarine Project (CPSP)

• Lead systems task analysis across submarine operations

• Define simulation fidelity requirements for training scenarios

• Develop and validate training solutions in various environments

• Test training systems for compliance and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Extensive RCN submarine service experience

• Expertise in submarine systems and training development

• Experience with System Approach to Training (SAT)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Eligibility for Level II security clearance
