Responsibilities   Approve aircraft structural repairs and modifications
Develop certification-required engineering data packages
Ensure compliance through liaison with airworthiness authorities
Provide design guidance and mentoring to engineering teams
Supervise engineering project scopes and schedules
Qualifications   Advanced degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
15+ years in aerospace field, 10+ in structural roles
Eligible for Professional Engineer registration
Solid skills in Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
Leadership experience is a plus
