• Develop certification-required engineering data packages
• Ensure compliance through liaison with airworthiness authorities
• Provide design guidance and mentoring to engineering teams
• Supervise engineering project scopes and schedules

• Advanced degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
• 15+ years in aerospace field, 10+ in structural roles
• Eligible for Professional Engineer registration
• Solid skills in Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Leadership experience is a plus
