Our client, a respected consulting firm, is looking for an engineer with over 10 years’ experience in geotechnical engineering. This high-impact role involves managing projects, mentoring junior staff, and developing client relations, particularly with the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure. You will leverage your knowledge of the Lower Mainland's geology to lead projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the senior technical lead for the Abbotsford office

• Manage geotechnical projects from proposal to delivery

• Build and maintain client relationships in municipal sectors

• Review technical analyses and client reports

• Identify new business opportunities in collaboration
Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of geotechnical engineering experience

• Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in BC

• Strong knowledge of Lower Mainland ground conditions

• Proven project leadership and client management

• Civil or Geological Engineering degree required
