We are seeking an experienced Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes within a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for advancing operational performance through process optimization, automation, lean manufacturing initiatives, and new product introduction activities.
As a senior technical contributor, you will provide expertise in manufacturing engineering, quality improvement, process validation, and capital equipment implementation while supporting organizational objectives related to safety, productivity, quality, and cost performance.

Responsibilities:- Lead the planning, development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, throughput, and waste reduction.
- Provide technical leadership and support for manufacturing operations, automation systems, CNC equipment, tooling, and production processes.
- Collaborate with product development, operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to improve manufacturability and operational performance.
- Evaluate, design, and implement lean manufacturing practices, standardized work, process flows, facility layouts, and material handling solutions.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures, work instructions, process documentation, and engineering standards.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities that improve productivity, consistency, and process capability.
- Lead capital equipment projects including equipment specification, vendor coordination, procurement support, installation, commissioning, and validation.
- Develop tooling, fixtures, work holding devices, and manufacturing solutions that support production requirements and quality objectives.
- Support product development activities by providing Design for Manufacturability (DFM) guidance and manufacturing readiness assessments.
- Lead manufacturing activities associated with new product introductions, process development, pilot builds, and production launches.
- Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes through experimentation, testing, and statistical analysis.
- Conduct Process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (PFMEA), Design of Experiments (DOE), capability studies, and process validation activities.
- Analyze production and quality data to identify root causes of process variation and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and maintain product identification, traceability, calibration, and process control systems as required.
- Perform time studies, workflow analysis, and industrial engineering assessments to improve labor utilization and manufacturing efficiency.
- Participate in internal audits and assessments to evaluate manufacturing system effectiveness and compliance.
- Support supplier evaluations, process assessments, quality initiatives, and technical problem-solving activities.
- Lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives while managing project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers, technicians, and production personnel.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Participate in safety initiatives, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action activities.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum five years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading process improvement, automation, equipment implementation, and new product introduction projects.
