Position: Technical Lead Mechanical Engineer Role
Become a key Technical Lead Mechanical Engineer at WEC, based at the Regional Office. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure project success through effective communication and technical guidance.

In this Mechanical Engineer 4 position, you will work alongside the Team Lead, Managing and mentoring junior engineers, and addressing technical challenges in mechanical engineering. Your expertise in HVAC, piping, and sustainable design will be invaluable as you devise innovative technical solutions. You'll also engage with clients and partners, ensuring project timelines and requirements are met while upholding WEC's commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Manager on project delivery

• Modify standards and apply criteria innovatively

• Mentor junior teammates in technical matters

• Resolve mechanical issues and design conflicts

• Ensure quality control in engineering outputs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• P.Eng. Status with provincial association

• Minimum 4–6 years of engineering experience

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit MEP

• Ability to secure Federal security clearance
