Project Coordinator in Design-Build

In this pivotal role, you will assist Project Managers and lead smaller projects, coordinating from start to finish. Your strong organizational skills will play a key role in budget management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers and lead smaller projects

• Plan and coordinate project activities from award to completion

• Manage budgets, schedules, and progress billing

• Create schedules and coordinate resources for deliverables

• Provide onsite support and quality assurance oversight

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Science, Construction Management, or Engineering preferred

• 15 years of construction project experience

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Proficiency in scheduling tools like MS Project
