Position: Manufacturing Engineer with Automation Focus

This senior role involves the development and continuous enhancement of manufacturing processes, emphasizing automation, lean initiatives, and product introductions. You will lead initiatives aimed at fostering safety and efficiency while collaborating with various teams to achieve key objectives in quality and cost performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage optimization of manufacturing processes and systems

• Champion improvements in safety, quality, and waste reduction

• Offer technical leadership in automation and CNC tooling

• Collaborate with development and operations teams

• Evaluate and implement lean manufacturing processes
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering discipline

• Minimum five years in a manufacturing engineering setting

• Strong experience with PFMEA, DOE, and statistical controls

• Familiarity with ERP and project management tools

• Robotics experience preferred
