IAMGOLD is seeking two Mechanical Engineers-in-Training to participate in innovative mining practices. This developmental position emphasizes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and supporting project work. As you rotate through different areas, you will build valuable experience and work towards obtaining your P.Eng certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities

• Assist in mechanical design reviews and project installations

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend solutions

• Maintain compliance with safety and technical standards

• Prepare technical reports and update maintenance records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Eligible for P.Eng Certification in Ontario

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Office

• Willingness to learn new technologies and procedures
