Position: Manufacturing Technologist Role at Longboard
Contribute to improved manufacturing efficiency as a Manufacturing Technologist with Longboard Architectural Products. Focus on product design and production process enhancement.

We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Technologist to implement Continuous Improvement strategies and collaborate with diverse teams s role merges hands-on fieldwork with CAD design to improve manufacturability. Candidates should have a strong aptitude for mechanical design and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support CI Manager with cross-functional projects

• Utilize CAD software for technical designs

• Conduct workflow assessments to identify improvements

• Apply engineering principles for manufacturability

• Liaise between teams for mechanical solution development

Requirements:

• Degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering

• 5-8 years' experience in CI projects

• Familiarity with Solid Works and AutoCAD

• Experience in Lean or similar methodologies

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
