You will facilitate efficient workflows while mentoring junior engineers in your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute structural analysis and design for pedestrian bridges

• Support the development of bridge engineering standards

• Assist with feasibility studies and early-stage engineering concepts

• Coordinate with various teams for seamless project delivery

• Mentor and guide junior team members

Requirements:

• 3–7+ years of bridge structural engineering experience

• Progressing toward PEng or PE licensure

• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles

• Experience with leading bridge codes like CSA S6 or AASHTO

• Self-directed and eager to grow in technical specialty
