We currently have an opening for a full-time permanent Induction Records Analyst.
The Induction Records Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely induction of aircraft technical records into Conair’s ERP system. The position validates maintenance history, aircraft and component configuration, controlled-component status, and supporting certification, and resolves discrepancies before final acceptance. The role also supports aircraft acquisition, import, export, lease, and disposal activities under the guidance of the Special Projects & Acquisition Controller (SPAC).
Major Duties and Responsibilites- Accountable for the complete, accurate, and timely induction of technical records for newly acquired, leased, or incoming aircraft into Conair’s ERP system.
- Develop and execute the records-induction and data-migration plan, including identification of required source records, maintenance history, configuration data, and supporting documentation.
- Review, transcribe, and validate aircraft, engine, propeller, appliance, and component technical records, including the accurate transfer of third-party maintenance accomplishments into the ERP.
- Research and verify the installed aircraft and component configuration, including part and serial numbers, installation history, maintenance status, and applicable certification.
- Review life-limited parts (LLPs), hard-time components (HTCs), and other controlled components to verify technical history, accumulated usage, remaining life, next-due requirements, and supporting certification in accordance with Conair policy.
- Review and analyze applicable ADs, service bulletins, repairs, modifications, STCs, and other configuration-controlled requirements in collaboration with the SPAC, Fleet Planner, and other technical specialists, as required.
- Bridge the previous maintenance program to the applicable Conair maintenance program and reconcile maintenance accomplishments, thresholds, intervals, component statuses, and next-due requirements.
- Generate and review the ERP Aircraft Maintenance Due List and Component Maintenance Due List, and reconcile the ERP configuration and forecast against the source technical records before recommending final acceptance of the induction.
- Verify that inducted records meet Conair quality standards for completeness. Validate that the ERP accurately reflects the aircraft’s maintenance status, component configuration, and controlled-component requirements prior to final acceptance and release of the inducted aircraft
- Identify, document, and coordinate the resolution of missing records, certification deficiencies, conflicting technical history, and configuration discrepancies; immediately elevate any issue that could affect airworthiness, component eligibility, forecasting, or regulatory compliance.
- Maintain control and integrity of aircraft technical records and logbooks until the induction is completed and formally accepted, and provide induction status and outstanding-item reports to the Airworthiness Manager and SPAC.
