Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team

• Review and approve Solid Works models and designs

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality benchmarks

• Partner with operations to optimize designs for cost and safety

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience

• At least 5 years in a leadership role

• Deep knowledge of conveyors and related components

• Advanced proficiency in Solid Works and Solid Works PDM
