As a Tommy Gun’s Barber Manager, it is important that a positive and approachable demeanour is shown at all times, along with a versatile skill set and ability to achieve shop goals and targets. You will be required to motivate and encourage all barbers to help improve their skills and ensure they always deliver the Tommy Gun’s experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills Core

Skills:

• Demonstrates a high level across all haircut styles, fades and on trend styling as well as all shave services
• An extensive knowledge in upselling techniques/retail offering
• Ability to develop close working relationships with the National Education Team and Barbers
• Understanding of all industry trends
• Confident in one on one training
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills - can you go above and beyond for every guest, every time
• Master excellent written and verbal communication skills—be the voice that answers emails and phone calls, manages service queues, and supports your team
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities
• Bring familiarity with visual merchandising and product inventory (an asset!)
• Bonus points for experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa
• Let your outgoing and fun personality shine through!
