Job Summary
The clinical duties include evidence-based assessment and rehabilitation services. The Physiotherapist will work in a multi-disciplinary team which includes Occupational Therapists, Physicians, Kinesiologists, Psychologists/Clinical Counsellors and Case Managers. The person's primary work location is Abbotsford but will be required to work in our Surrey location as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
Clinical assessments, developing and providing treatment plans for clientsProviding ongoing evaluation of client progressAdministering and gathering information regarding outcomesParticipating in continuous improvement initiativesCommunicating to appropriate referral sources and stakeholdersEngaging in continuous learning and skills developmentParticipate in and adhere to CARF related requirementsWork in a multi-disciplinary clinical setting which includes Occupational Therapists, Physicians, Kinesiologists, Psychologists/Clinical Counselors and Case ManagersOther work as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
Registered Physiotherapist with theAt least 1 year of clinical experience in the rehabilitation/RTW servicesExperience working in a multi-disciplinary clinical environment is idealExperience in evidence-based assessment and rehabilitation services for injured workers with musculoskeletal injuriesExcellent clinical, interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize with a focus on customer service; and an interest in vocational rehabilitation.Mandarin or Cantonese language skills would be an assetBenefits & Perks at BiM Rehab
