Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing rehabilitation plans under specialist direction

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for treatment evaluations

• Provide clients with adaptive skills training for independent living

• Monitor and evaluate treatment plans, reporting progress

• Maintain accurate case data and documentation per procedures

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Rehabilitation or related field

• Experience in Occupational or Physical Therapy assistance

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
