Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored physical activity education and support

• Conduct risk assessments and develop personalized exercise plans

• Monitor client progress during prescribed activities

• Liaise with community health services for clients

• Record and review patient data to ensure progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology or equivalent

• Current certification from CSEP or ACSM

• At least two years of relevant experience

• Valid BC Driver’s License for business-related travel

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
