In this role as an Audiologist, you will conduct detailed assessments of patients' hearing abilities and tailor interventions based on individual needs. You will collaborate with an interprofessional team, supervise junior staff, and engage in continuous quality improvement and research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough audiology assessments and evaluations

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans

• Educate patients and their families about care strategies

• Monitor and document patient progress and treatment results

• Participate in quality improvement and interprofessional collaboration

Requirements:

• Must be registered with the CSHHPBC

• Minimum of one year working as an Audiologist

• Proficient in audiological practices and equipment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience in supervising and mentoring staff
