Position: Community Occupational Therapist – Part-Time Role
Enhance community well-being as a Part-Time Occupational Therapist with Fraser Health in Abbotsford, B.C. This role supports clients in a Complex Care Housing environment, emphasizing psychosocial rehabilitation.

In this role, you will directly influence the rehabilitation of clients facing housing and health challenges. Collaborate in a dynamic interdisciplinary team that focuses on client-centered care and community partnerships. This position allows for substantial input in delivering innovative therapies tailored to individual client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs

• Implement group and individual therapeutic interventions

• Provide education and resources to clients and agencies

• Collaborate to enhance service delivery and outcomes

• Supervise occupational therapy students as needed

Requirements:

• Full registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals

• Two years’ experience in a mental health setting

• Valid B.C. Class V Driver’s License required

• Proficiency in psychosocial approaches to therapy

• Strong problem-solving and planning skills
